Ketoprak Tunanetra (A Drama by the low vision - persons)

Hari menjelang malam, matahari baru saja tenggelam. Syukur, satu hari terlewati.

Petang itu di sebuah kampung, hiruk pikuk orang berkumpul. Membawa selimut dan sarung duduk melingkar di depan gedung. 

Semaki Kulon, begitu nama dusun disebutkan. Pak Lurah datang memberi sambutan, sebentar lagi pentas ketoprak akan segera berjalan. 

Bukan ketoprak biasa, melainkan semua pemain adalah tunanetra.  Penonton bersorak gembira, berdegup hati bertanya-tanya; akan seperti apa jadinya.

Gamelan berbunyi, sinden pun bernyanyi. Satu demi satu pemain keluar membawa gerak yang membawa kelakar. 

Oh mereka bukan pemain biasa, mata melihat hanya sayup-sayup saja. Sering kali kejadian, mereka lari namun berbeda tujuan.

The day before evening, the sun had just sunk. Gratitude, one day had passed.

That afternoon in a village, the hustle and bustle of people gathered. Bring a quilted blanket and sarong they sat around the front yard.

Semaki Kulon, so the name of the village is mentioned. The Lurah came to give a speech, soon ketoprak will soon be running on the stage.

Not the usual ketoprak, but all the players are blind. The crowd cheered, pounding in wonder; what will it be like to happen.

The gamelan sounded, the sinden sang. One by one the players came out and run with a joke.Oh they are not ordinary players, their eyes just look fainted. Often times, they walk but to a different aim as they want.
